Lauren Weedman
Lauren Weedman started her career in Seattle with Homecoming, a 15-minute performance at On the Boards that also ran off-Broadway in NYC. She was a regular on Seattle’s sketch comedy television show Almost Live. Lauren has written and performed over 11 solo plays, including Homecoming, Amsterdam, If Ornaments Had Lips, Huu, Rash, Wreckage, Bust, No… You Shut Up, and People’s Republic of Portland. Lauren works extensively in television and film: Abbott Elementary, Hacks, The Daily Show, True Blood, United States of Tara, Reno 911, Curb Your Enthusiasm, New Girl, Arrested Development, Looking, and Hung. The host of the popular Moth storytelling slam in Santa Monica, Lauren performs and tours across the country.
